Shipping policy

Our standard U.S. shipping offer is $5.99 for orders under $150 and free shipping on orders of $150 or more. These offers apply automatically at checkout based on your cart subtotal, with one shipping charge for the whole order, even when items arrive in separate packages. Delivery addresses in any ZIP code beginning with 628 or 629 receive free shipping with no minimum order amount. If an item isn’t available for local pickup, you can have it shipped right to your door at no shipping charge.

For items in our Held Locally collection, you may request local pickup by entering ‘Local pickup requested’ in the cart’s instruction box before checkout. We’ll contact you after ordering to arrange a mutually agreed public meeting place within 20 miles of Marion, Illinois. Please wait for confirmation before traveling. Other items in your order will still be shipped.

Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days, though processing may take longer for some items. Delivery time begins after an order ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. We’ll send shipping updates as they become available.
